Delivering girls specific chance to shine programmes in as many schools possible.

Improve migration numbers from school programmes to local clubs with transition activities.

More girls aged 5-8 years playing cricket through All Stars Cricket.

Continue to raise the profile of Women's & Girls and increase participation by making cricket accessible to all abilities through casual, community and club projects. 

Provide more opportunities for women to try cricket in a fun and social way through softball festivals and Prosecco Cricket.

Increase the amount of female coaches and support coaches volunteering at clubs.
